At Buena Vista Spanish Immersion Summer Camp we offer our campers activities that propel their interest in both Spanish language and culture.  We go out of our way to utilize the amazing resources we have in the Bay Area, whether it be inside or outside of the classroom, giving our kids new avenues of interests.  The majority of our activities will be led through our Spanish speaking team members, as we immerse our campers into the vast culture of our city.

Many of our students in morning care receive scholarships thanks to a grant from the Department of Children, Youth & Their Families. Here is a quote from ExCEL's site outlining DCYF's initiatives and goals:

"The San Francisco Department of Children, Youth & Their Families creates and facilitates innovative citywide policies and projects in support of children, youth and families. As a result, children, youth and families from throughout the City participate in a broad range of programs in the areas of early child care, academic support, health and wellness, youth workforce development and cultural enrichment. The mission of the Department of Children, Youth & Their Families is to ensure that families with children are a prominent and valued segment of San Francisco’s social fabric by supporting programs and activities in every San Francisco neighborhood."
